Tribute to our Founder
A visionary born in Trichy, with the aim to uplift the rural children of Manaparai, started the first English Medium School in the Taluk in 1975 with the motto “EDUCATION TO ALL”. Once his mind was made upto start educational institutions, hurdles and setbacks could neither deter his progress nor dampen his enthusiasm. His profound qualities created a springboard for many aspirants to mould their careers. The SriLankan Open University awarded him doctorate for the best educational and Social Service in 1996. A small seed sown by him as a Primary Schools by his hardwork and grace of God, has now grown into a big tree of Vinmathee Matric Higher Secondary School with branch schools in Puthanatham and Thuvarankurichy nearing the Golden Jubliee with 50 Years of excellence. His visionary has extended beyond School to VERDS(Vinmathee Educational and Rural Development Society NGO), JEEVAN, the pioneer teacher and technical education Institutions in Manaparai and his vision and dreams will continue to grow on. The best tribute we can ever offer this architect of the Vinmathee and Jeevan Group of Institutions could be to emulate his ideals and work toward realizing his ideals and work toward realizing his dreams. Let his vision, ‘TO MAK EVERY MAN A SUCCESS AND NO MAN A FAILURE”.
